Breathing Series
Once we began to understand the way the brain was wired with respect to the movement system, we were able to apply that knowledge to teaching people how to train the movement system. Training ones breathing would be a very difficult task due to the repetitive nature of poor breathing mechanics. But we have two tools at our disposal. One is knowledge of how the breathing motion is wired into the brain, and the second is Frolov's Respiratory Training Device, which allows us to apply what we do with resistance. Between the tutorial that follows and the device, we are confident our system will be a success for virutally anyone. In our clinic it is easy for us to determine the necessity of someone training with the device.
