Leg and Back Series Introduction
The Leg Series is for anyone who wants to get strong, walk, run, or bike much more efficiently, or prevent injury or degeneration of the back or legs. If you have studied this site, you will discover another benefit of our training includes better circulation, metabolism, and nervous system function.
The leg and back series is performed primarily on your back. The number one indicator of success is finding a comfortable position where you can watch TV or similarly be occupied.
The legs are connected to the pelvis, and the pelvis is connected to the low back. The back and the legs move as a unit, so we train them as a unit.
The two movements are Frog Up and Frog Down. Frog Up is the movement a baby would do as they bring their leg up to the side. Frog Down is when a baby, on his or her belly, pushes down.
After doing the breathing series, you simply have to decide if you want to train your upper body or your lower body. Work up to about half an hour a day, or an hour every other day.
