Testimonials
I'm 64. I'm an engineer and do breathing exercises with the help of the training device... my skin became softer, the most part of pigmented spots turned pale and became barely visible, hypodermic lipomas disappeared, joint pain stopped. The osteochondrosis doesn't bother me for 1,5 years, hand numbness sensation disappeared, loss of sight stopped, hearing improved. The stenocardia and extrasystole decreased. The yellow dental deposit and caries disappeared... state of health now is good, clarity of thinking and memory considerably improved. Many thanks to V. Frolov.

Reading Continued: Parallel Verses Sequential Processing

Here we are getting to the nuts and bolts of how your brain processes visual information. As you will soon see, it is not possible to really fix your eyes without also fixing your brain.

First, watch this short video.

The first version of the sentence was broken into 17 small chunks, one for each letter. In the second example, 5 chunks, one for each word, then 2 pieces in the third example, and one piece in the fourth example.

Each chunk is processed in parallel, meaning simultaneous. The chunks are then held in the short-term memory and processed sequentially, meaning in order. It is the combination of the size and number of the chunks that determines how fast your brain works.

But what does this have to do with your eyes? If you can only process small chunks, your eyes will be forced to focus on small things. Flash Vision develops your ability to see larger chunks. Seeing larger chunks is what allows your eyes to zoom out. This is why when you do your training, you should try to see the whole image, or all the dots simultaneously. Also, if the image is not challenging, you should move onto an image with more information.

Speen reading is based in part on your ability to see large chunks of words at a time. But this is also the key to getting your eyes working again. This is the ability that Flash Vision develops. and you can practice simply by zoming out while reading and trying to see a larger area with each glance.

We have a video you can download that enables you to practice seeing larger chunks. Please email us at help@healthbyyourself.net for information.
