A year ago I was forbidden to keep up my mountain climbing hobby. Heart pains occurred, and I got the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, stenocardia. As a result I was recommended to be operated on. Instead of operation I started exercising with the Frolov's training device under physicians' observation. This summer after exercising on the training device for 9 months and complete medical check-up I resumed active training at the mountaineering club.

Zoom In. Zoom Out
Your visual system is like a camera. A camera can zoom in and zoom out. The aspects of vision are used are developed. If you spent most of your day zooming into small letters on a computer screen, you will preferentially develop that aspect of your vision.
The key to developing your vision is simply developing both the ability to zoom in and the abilithy to zoom out. Most people think that this ability is based on the flexibility of the lens of your eye. That is propably why there are so many techniques to restore the lens. However, as you will eventually see, the lens is controlled by the brain. It is impossible to fix the lens in the long run until you develop the brains ability to zoom in and zoom out.
Zooming in is a high intensity activity. It takes effort. The muscles of the eye must work hard, and your brain must work hard. Zooming out is supposed to be the default. It takes very little effort and can be done all day. However, many people are actually zooming in constantly.
Flash Vision preferentially devleops your brains ability to zoom out. The first lesson simply teaches you to feel the difference between zooming in and zooming out.
Exercise 1
Put your finger a few inches in front of your eye. Try to focus on it. Try to see every detail of your skin. Try really hard. You are zooming in.
Now, keep your finger there, and try to look at the whole room. Try to see everything on both sides of you. Notice that you now see two fingers even though only one is up. That is a sign you are zooming out.
The key to to feel the contrast. Zooming out is what you have to practice. You should be zooming out most of the day. Occasionally you really need to focus on something small. Later you will see how this is realted to preventing having to wear glasses or getting off glasses. You will also see how this is related to memory, speed reading, brain processing and spatial orientation. But for now, I just want you to feel the contrast, then practice zooming out. Practice while walking. See the whole road, landscape, and mountains. Do not just look at the road. See everything, even in the grocery store. IF you feel safe, practice while driving. You will become a much safer driver if you can see everything.
You only have to train with Flash Vision a couple times per day, but use your newly developed brain cells in your normal life.
