Physiology Of Exercise
We have designed this section with a few things in mind. First, it is written so that anyone can understand. Second, it deals with
all the concepts necessary to understand disease. Third, it explains the basis of our exercise program.
Many people might look for a specific disease in the intelligent disease section. We can give detailed information
in that section, but in order to understand the big picture we would have to back track. Eventually we would
have to point you to the physiology section. In other words, most people are interested in disease, so we had to address disease.
However, the physiology section shows that disease doesn't exist, but we have to educate people based on where they
are at, not where we are at. But if you wanted to save a lot of time, you can study the physiology section and you
would understand virtually all of the thousands of diseases at the exact moment you understand the five or so concepts
presented in the physiology section.
We have a section on the brain, the lungs and heart and blood vessels, as well as metabolism. The basics are explained
in the beginning as get more advanced if you want to know more. Then there is a section on how these few systems interact.
The most common question we get has to do with why the doctor didn't tell me this. It is hard for a person who hasn't
been educated in something to realize that he has a much better opportunity to learn it, but in reality it is much
easier because your eyes have't been molded to fixate into a tunnel.
